Our rooms were beautifully maintained and recently refurbished with bedoom upstairs in a loft style, good selection of TV channels, appliances. Every staff member was accommodating and immensely pleasant. The location was marvellous, next to Isaac Theatre Royal.

The rooms are recently renovated and neat with cookies & milk, kitchen, for example, I'd say, excellent value for money. Everyone is superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating and owner too. The location is particularly good, at a short distance from a sprawling urban park.

The room was quiet and very clean and comfortable. Table and chairs on the balcony. Excellent location, short walk to city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room with 2 comfy chairs. Small verandah. Clean and well provisioned unit. Parking on premises.

the room was very nicely decorated and the staff very pleasant - they were very welcoming
it was difficult to find but that was more due to the earthquake problems than anything else. There were not any very close by shops.

The location was very central, adjacent to nice eateries, excellent restaurants Indian and Italian and the centre of Christchurch. I randomly popped in Whole Cafe serving some pastries, located relatively near the hotel, it was nice.

The motel was conveniently located near the downtown area and was easily accessible. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The friendly hostess provided great recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. The value for money was amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

location, location, location, extremely clean rooms, hospitality from the front desk could not have been better--we arrived just in time for the memorial service for the quake victims and henrietta could not have been more helpful, from advise about what was closed, where to eat-the best thai food ever within walking distance, to shopping. it is an amazing hotel to enjoy.
