Our rooms were beautifully maintained and recently refurbished. the bedoom upstairs in a loft style was a great touch. - Good selection of TV channels and appliances. - Every staff member was accommodating and immensely pleasant. - the location next to Isaac Theatre Royal was marvellous.

The rooms are recently renovated and neat with cookies & milk, kitchen, for example, I'd say, excellent value for money. Everyone is superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating and owner too. The location is particularly good, at a short distance from a sprawling urban park.

it was difficult to find but that was more due to the earthquake problems than anything else. There were not any very close by shops.

location, location, location, extremely clean rooms, hospitality from the front desk could not have been better--we arrived just in time for the memorial service for the quake victims and henrietta could not have been more helpful, from advise about what was closed, where to eat-the best thai food ever within walking distance, to shopping. it is an amazing hotel to enjoy.

we booked 2 bedroom apartment. the room is clean and nice. everything is ready and good for family. the location is not too far from downtown.

For the price, it's a bang for your buck here - totally worth it! It's tucked away in a chill street, so you won't be bothered by any noise. And when it comes to dinnertime, the restaurant here really hits the spot. 🍽️

Just a great package, pleasant room and excellent staff and welcome. Quite close to the extremely recommendable Octagon Live for dinner and the superb Anrarctic photos at Canterbury Museum.
